We are soon going to be away at the Knit & Stitch show in Harrogate which takes place from 20th-23rd November. Please take note of the following:
⭐️ All orders received before 9am on Monday 17th November will be despatched before we leave for the show
⭐️ For safety reasons whilst we pack and unpack, the shop will be closed to visitors on Tuesday 18th November and Monday 24th November.
⭐️ The website will stay open at all times whilst we are away and you can still order and be assured that your fabric will be reserved for you.
⭐️ One member of our team will be working in the shop on Wednesday 19th, Thursday 20th and Friday 21st November. The shop will be open for visitors on these days but please note the shorter opening hours of 9:30-2:30pm.
⭐️ We will still aim to despatch any online orders during this time (if the fabric is in the shop and hasn’t been taken to the show)
⭐️ Any orders we are unable to despatch will begin to leave us from Tuesday 25th November and we hope to be back to our normal next day service by Thursday 27th November.
⭐️ We may be a little slower to answer emails and chat enquiries but they will be monitored and we will get back to you as soon as we can

Helpful Information
How can I add to my order?
If you haven’t yet received a despatch email you can add to your order and we’ll combine at our end. Just order again on the website and leave an order note asking to combine.
On despatch we’ll arrange to refund the excess postage paid.
When will my order be despatched?
If you order before 12pm Monday-Friday we will despatch your order on that same day. All orders received after 12pm on a Friday and at the weekend, will be despatched on the Monday.
Can I order in stock and Pre-Order fabrics together on the same order?
Yes, however the whole order will only be sent when the Pre-order fabrics arrive. If you wish for the in stock items to be sent separately then we advise to submit two separate orders or there is an option at checkout to select the double postage option so this will allow us to send the in stock items first and the pre orders will follow when they arrive.
