Shipping, delivery and despatch

We aim to despatch all in stock orders received before midday Monday-Friday on that same day. Orders received after midday on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.

We like to give you all available options for your delivery costs so you have the freedom to choose the best option for you.

At checkout you’ll be able to choose from;

Royal Mail 1st Class - Large Letter if your order is under 100g.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Aims to deliver Next Day, Tracked service including text or email with delivery confirmation and tracking.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Aims for a two day delivery, Tracked service including text or email with delivery confirmation and tracking.

DPD - full tracked next day delivery, text or email with a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery. Please note:

Note: DPD strives to deliver your package the next day, but Next-Day delivery service is never guaranteed by DPD as stated in their Terms and Conditions, which means that shipping costs are not refundable, regardless of the duration of the delay.

DHL 24/48 - Aims to deliver within 24 hours but can sometimes be 48 hours.
